Fruit leather by Jo
A great way of using a glut of fruit, and loved by kids and adults both. It's surprisingly easy and keeps for up to 5 months.

Lamb shanks slow cooked in red wine by Jo
This is my husbands favourite meal. Great for a lazy Sunday, but start the day before for best results. It's good with roasted beetroot, fennel and mashed potatoes.
