This is a nice side dish to spice up a meat and potatoes meal. Can substitute oregano for the rosemary, if desired.
Ingredients
Makes 8 servings
- ½ cup miracle whip
- 1 tbl rosemary (fresh or dried)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onioin powder
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tbl water
- 2 lbs small red potatoes, quartered
Preparation
Mix miracle whip, seasonings and water in a large bowl.
Add potatoes; toss to coat.
Place potatoes on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees 30-40 minutes.
Stir halfway through.

Hiya, This looks great but I've got no idea what miracle whip is. We obviously don't get it here in the UK. Is it like mayonnaise or something? Thanks, Claire
Oops! I didn't see your comment until now. Yes, Miracle Whip is a salad dressing very similar to mayonaise.
