Silky smooth chocolate buttercream icing.
Ingredients

- 200g white chocolate
- 250g unsalted butter
- 250g smooth cream cheese
- 500g icing sugar
Preparation
Melt the chocolate in the microwave on High for 1½ mins, stirring halfway. Leave to cool. Beat the butter, cream cheese and icing sugar in a large bowl until creamy. Beat in the chocolate. Cover and chill for up to one month. This recipe produces enough icing to cover a 24cm three layer cake.
