Delicious ice-cream-style dessert
Ingredients
Makes 8 servings
- 8 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 1tbsp vanilla sugar
- 500ml double cream
- Caramel
- 2 large meringues
Preparation
Separate the eggs.
Mix the yolks with the sugar, vanilla sugar and cream.
Whisk the whites and mix with the yolk mixture.
Fill the bottom of a tin with caramel, and add half the mixture
Add a layer of crushed meringue and then the rest of the mixture.
Leave to set overnight in the freezer (at least 8h).
Run the mould under warm water to release.
