The Blank PlateI will probably never make this again, but an example of what you can do for a nice simple lunch with a few leftovers.
Ingredients
Makes 0 servings
- 4 oz Trout (cooked)
- 2 TBS TJ's mustard aoili
- 1 TBS 2% greek yogurt
- 1 TBS pickle relish
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Mash up trout, chop bell pepper. Mix everything in. Add salt and pepper to taste.
