Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
- 2 racks of pork back ribs
- Salt & pepper
- Barbecue sauce
Preparation
Trim the membrane off the back of the racks.
Salt and pepper the racks.
Wrap tightly in tin foil and place on cookie sheet.
Back in oven at 250 for 3 1/2 hours.
To serve:
Brush with favorite barbecue sauce.
Bake in oven at 325 for 15-20 minutes.
Broil for 5 minutes.
