cheater's quiche! delicious and a complete no-brainer. we love it
Ingredients
Makes 0 servings
- 2 pkgs stouffers frozen spinach souflee (thawed)
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 9-inch refrigerated or frozen deep dish piecrust (thawed)
- 1 ½ cups (6 onces) grated swiss cheese
- pepper
Preparation
1.Heat oven to 375° F. Unroll the piecrust and press it into a 9-inch pie plate or tart pan.
2.Combine the spinach souffle, eggs, cheese, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie shell.
3.Bake until set in the center, about 45 minutes.
