- 1 jar (15oz) spaghetti sause
- package of firm tofu
- 3-4 cups broccoli / french style green beans / onion / red pepper
- 1 cup ricotta cheese / cottage cheese
- ¼ cup parmesean cheese
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup shredded cheddar / moz
Preparation
In a skillet, put 1 cup spaghetti sauce, thinly slice (1/4in) tofu, put half of slices on bottom of the skillet. Thaw veggies. Put vegs in skillet. Mix up all cheeses and spices and put on top of vegs. Top with remaining tofu. Top with remaining sauce. Cover, cook stove top 10-15 minutes.
