A lovely slightly spicy pork kebab. Remember to marinade for at least 24 hours though!
Ingredients
Makes 0 servings
- 300g cubes of pork
- For the marinade
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vingar
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
Mix up the marinade, by combining all the ingredients in a bowl.
Pour over the pork and leave for 24 hours.
Thread the pork cubes onto skewers and grill for about 15 minutes. Alternatively, chuck them on the barbeque! When they are cooked through, you can eat :)
Serve with rice, salad, or whatever takes your fancy. Mashed sweet potato works very well.
