Sausagey, rosemary, nutmegy, clovey.
Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
- 1 glass of white wine
- 4 pork sausages (remove skins and mash up with a fork)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- butter for frying
- sprig of rosemary (chopped, dried is fine)
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of ground cloves
- salt and pepper
- parmesan cheese
- 300g penne rigate pasta
Preparation
Melt the butter in a pan.
Add the onion and garlic and fry gently.
Add the sausage meat and cook until brown.
Add the rosemary and wine and cook slowly for 10 minutes.
Add the nutmeg and cloves.
Add the salt and pepper.
Meanwhile cook the pasta (7-8 minutes if dried).
Mix the sausage with the drained pasta and add the cheese.
