Really tasty!
Made this tonight and really enjoyed it. Will make it again and probably add some fresh coriander (cilantro) for garnish.
Top marks, really tasty! Not a big fan of salmon, and I almost never write reviews, but this was really simple, really quick, really good. Marinaded for only ten minutes as that's all the time I had. Cooked for most the time covered in foil, then open toward the end as I wanted the marinade to dry up a little. Didn't have fresh ginger so used dried. Sprinkled with coriander and lemon juice at the end - really set it off (thanks Islaygirl) - Will without doubt be cooking it again. Thanks!
