Nutritionists warn you, don't buy multi-grain, its not whole grain. You want the whole grain stuff. Well my house is equal opportunity. I make both. Multi-grain has lots of good nutritious stuff for you.
Ingredients
Makes 0 servings
- 1 ¼ cup water
- 1 ½ TBS butter
- 3 TBS Molasses or Honey
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 cup 10 grain cereal (I used Red Barn)
- 1 TBS dry buttermilk
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp yeast
Preparation
Put ingredients in order listed. Wet first. Dry, then well of yeast. Put on regular bread setting.
