Ingredients
Makes 12 servings
- 230g milk chocolate, broken into pieces
- 200g cream cheese
- 250g butter, room temperature
- 500g icing sugar, sieved
Preparation
Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave. 1 minute on full blast works for mine, but watch the chocolate carefully because if it's overcooked it may go grainy. Allow to cool.
Beat the butter till light and fluffy, then gradually add the sieved icing sugar. Add the cooled melted chocolate and the cream cheese. Beat till well combined and smooth. Ice your cake or cupcakes.
