Ingredients
Makes 0 servings
- 4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts or tofu
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 4 cups broccoli
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 tubes ritz crackers
- optional 2 cups peas or other vegetables
Preparation
Boil or bake chicken, chop into bite sized pieces.
Mix all except crackers in a mixing bowl.
Add basil and oregano to taste.
Put in 9x13 pan. Crush crackers and spread on top. Cook at 375 20-30 minutes.
