Very very healthy and pretty tasty too.
Ingredients
Makes 0 servings
- 4 oz all bran
- 3 oz caster sugar
- 10 oz mixed dried fruit (apricots, sultanas, dates, figs, raisins, cranberry, pumpkin, sunflower seeds)
- ½ pint skimmed milk
- 4 oz self raising flour
Preparation
Put all bran, sugar and dried fruit in bowl. Stir in milk and stand for 1/2 hour. Sieve in flour. Pour into well greased 2lb load tin. Bake for 45 mind to one hour at 180'c
