This is a quick and easy recipe my wife's family makes for all the family gatherings. We usually have to double it!
Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn + liquid
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- ½ cup melted margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together until combined, place in a 3 quart casserole dish, and cook for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
