Hoisin-esque dipping sauce.
Ingredients
Makes 0 servings
- Handful ripe sloes or wild damsons
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1" ginger root
- 1 clove garlic
- 1tsp clear honey
- 2tsp white wine vinegar
Preparation
Boil the plums in the balsamic vinegar
Sieve the plums
Add finely chopped ginger & garlic and honey
Add wine vinegar to taste
Reduce to thicken
Eat with spring rolls.
