The most chocolatey chocolate cupcakes ever.
Ingredients
Makes 30 servings
- 300 ml Water
- 150 ml Vegetable oil
- 2 tsp Vanilla essence
- 250 g Caster sugar
- 250 g Plain flour
- 8 g Bicarb soda
- 60 g Cocoa powder
- 10 ml White vinegar
Preparation
1. Mix together water, oil, vinegar, vanilla, and caster sugar until combined and sugar disolves.
2. Sift dry ingredients together and add to wet ingredients.
3. Mix.
4. Bake for 13 min (baby cups), 23 min (normal cups), 35 min (large cups) or 1 hour and 20 min (cake).
