Ingredients
Makes 12 servings
- 12 slices Serrano ham
- 1 large potato
- 1 large onion
- garlic
- a sausage
- 8 eggs
- salt and pepper
- sun dried tomato
- olive oil or butter
Preparation
Take a yorkshire pudding tray, grease it with Olive Oil or Butter
Line each hole with serrano ham, fry up some potatoe, onion garlic, and a sausage, then put that mixture into each ham pocket. Beat up some eggs about 1 large egg per pudding add salt and black pepper. Pour this onto each pudding (should be just below the rim of each hole). pop a sun dried tomatoe on to each one then stick in a hot over for about 25 minutes, until they are nice and golden brown
